- Please DO NOT arrive more then 15 mins prior to your booked time-slot
- Tickets must be purchased online
- 45 minutes of synchronized lights to music
- All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Tickets are valid for one time use only.
- All persons entering the event grounds, do so at their own risk. No liability for loss, injury or damage to any person, property or vehicle will be assumed by the organizers and their associates.
Q: Do I need to be fully vaccinated to attend the drive-thru?
A: You do not need to be vaccinated to attend as you will remain in the safety and comfort of your vehicle for the duration of the experience.
Q: Do I need to be fully vaccinated to attend the walk thru?
A: You do not need to be vaccinated to attend as this is an outdoor, fully open air event. Self screening is required and a mask must be worn if guests cannot maintain a 2 metre distance between other guests.
Q: Do I need to wear a mask at all times?
A: Masks must be worn if guests cannot maintain a 2-metre distance between other guests. Otherwise, masks are not required for any of the outdoor activities.
***If you are using the free shuttle bus service for walk-thru customers, shuttling from the exit location back to the entrance location to retrieve your parked vehicle, then you MUST wear a mask at all times on the shuttle buses.
Can we take pictures or videos of the light displays?
Yes! Feel free to take as many pictures as you wish and tag us @winterglowtoronto
If you are experiencing it through the drive-thru, you must remain in your vehicles to take photos/videos. Only the walk-thru allows for you to get up close to take photos beside displays.
How long does it take to go through the experience?
Everyone travels through the light displays at a different pace. The show is designed and programmed to last 40 minutes.
Is the experience stroller or wheelchair friendly?
Yes, however, the route is a gravel trail and is not completely flat, it features small hills.
Does the experience feature flashing lights?
Yes it does, and so it is not advised for people with photosensitivity.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes they are welcome to attend in the comfort of your vehicle or on leash for the walk-thru experience.
Are there washrooms?
Yes there are porta potty washrooms available on-site for public use.
How do I get my tickets once I have purchased them?
Upon completing your purchase, tickets will be emailed to you directly. Tickets can be shown on your phone or printed to be presented at the door. If you have not received your tickets, please check your junk mail folder!
I've lost my ticket, what can I do?
Not to worry! When you arrive at the door provide us with the name you booked your tickets under and we can search you up! You can also email: julie@ellevents.ca for assistance to resend you your ticket by email.
Need to reschedule your ticket?
Please email us at: julie@ellevents.ca for rescheduling purposes. We can only reschedule to a date and timeslot that is not currently sold out on our website, so please have a look under the BUY TICKETS tab and include your preferred date/timeslot in your email so we can respond to your rescheduling request in a timely manner. Please make note that each date is designated as a drive-thru OR a walk-thru so please choose accordingly.
Are tickets refundable? Are there price adjustments?
As per our Terms and Conditions tickets are non-refundable and all sales are final. If a promo code is not properly used or added at time of purchase, unfortunately there are no price adjustments.
